As part of the management service we carry out weekly security checks. During these visits we will check the security of windows and doors, general maintenance, watering of plants, water tank levels, checking for pests, emptying the mail box, we will advise you of any concerns we may have.

In addition we will carry out extra visits following bad storms or excessive rain. We will advise you by email following all visits to your property and will send you photographs of any damage may have occurred. This can also be accessed through your dedicated login on our website.

Supervision of our gardeners and pool men is also part of the standard service.

We will also advise you of any work that may need attention in your home in the near future, allowing us with your permission to carry out any repairs before they become problems.

This is all included in your management fee.
